If the App you are using includes a food image calorie recognition feature, photos you take or upload for calorie analysis will be viewable and usable only by you within the App, helping you better track your food intake and utilize its features. In order to make such function work, the app needs access to your camera, but this access will require that you grant a specific permission through a request that will appear on your mobile device.

Food Photos for AI Calorie Tracking: When you use the food image recognition feature, the meal photo you provide is securely transmitted to third party service providers for calorie and nutrition analysis.

Purchase History for Subscriptions: We may share basic subscription and transaction data with third party service providers to verify active subscriptions, manage entitlements, and provide premium access.

Note: You have control over your personal data in Calino. If you wish to remove the information you have provided, you can do so at any time. The app provides a \\\"Delete Account\\\" option (or similar data deletion feature) in the profile screen. Using this option will erase all personal data and preferences stored by the app on your device. This includes any information you entered during onboarding or in the course of using the app.

  • Age Limitation

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 18. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under 18. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to the App. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this App or through any of its features. Do not provide any information about yourself. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will erase that information as quickly as possible. We use this information solely to manage entitlements, ensure subscription access, and provide customer support. – Purchases data is collected and securely stored via RevenueCat and App Store/Google Play. – We do not sell your financial or transaction data to third parties. – You may cancel subscriptions anytime via the App Store/Google Play Payment and Subscription.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy.
