Information You Provide to Us
You provide us information about yourself when you register for and/or use the Service. The information you may provide includes name, age, gender, data on physical characteristics (including height, weight, areas for improvement), fitness level, food preferences, food and exercises you log, AI instructions(text or picture you input as AI prompt).

We may collect personal information automatically when you use our Services:

Automatic Data Collection. We may collect certain information automatically when you use our Services, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, browser or device information, general location information (including approximate location derived from IP address and time zone), and Internet service provider.

Provide Our Services
We use your information to fulfil our contract with you and provide you with our Services, such as:Managing your information and accounts;Providing access to certain areas, functionalities, and features of our Services;Using Age, Gender, Height, Weight and other related Information to help generate dynamic plans personalized for you (note: this information is not used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties for marketing);Answering requests for customer or technical support;Communicating with you about your account, activities on our Services, and policy changes; and Food Image Calorie Recognition (Applicable to Apps with This Feature Only). If the App you are using includes a food image calorie recognition feature, photos you take or upload for calorie analysis will be viewable and usable only by you within the App, helping you better track your food intake and utilize its features. In order to make such function work, the app needs access to your camera, but this access will require that you grant a specific permission through a request that will appear on your mobile device. This provision does not apply to Apps that do not offer this functionality.

Improving, upgrading or enhancing our Services
Developing new products and Services
Ensuring internal quality control and safety
Debugging to identify and repair errors with our Services

We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure our service providers adhere to the security standards we apply to your Personal Data. How You Can Exercise Your Privacy Rights

In some cases we may be legally required to keep some of the data for a certain time; in such event, we will fulfill your request after we have complied with our obligations.Objecting to or restricting the use of your personal data. You can ask us to stop using all or some of your personal data or limit our use thereof. Additional information for EEA-based users. If you are based in the EEA, you have the following rights in addition to the above:The right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authority. We would love you to contact us directly, so we could address your concerns. Note: You have control over your personal data in Calino. If you wish to remove the information you have provided, you can do so at any time. The app provides a \\\"Delete Account\\\" option (or similar data deletion feature) in the settings. Using this option will erase all personal data and preferences stored by the app on your device. This includes any information you entered during onboarding or in the course of using the app."

Age Limitation
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 18. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under 18. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to the App. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this App or through any of its features. Do not provide any information about yourself, including your email address. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will erase that information as quickly as possible. Security of Your Information
We take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us.
